HAND ETCHED ARTWORK & PORTRAITS
Hand diamond etched images have a more lifelike quality than do machine diamond etched images, and are far superior to laser etching.
Specialized diamond-plated tools and skilled artistry are used. For best results, hand etched memorial portraits should be at least 6" tall. A high quality photo is needed to make the best likeness - the better the quality of the photo, the better the final result of the portrait will be.

Etching is a method used to create more detailed images onto granite.
The image can be a portrait of your loved one, a nature scene or anything that will personalize your memorial. We first create a freehand drawing to scale which is transferred to the headstone. We then etch the image by hand directly into the polished surface.
